How do I pay for my order?
The easiest way is through credit and debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, if you’re in Singapore, you can do a bank transfer. See next question for details.
Can I pay by online banking?
Absolutely. But the item will only be delivered upon confirmation of the payment from the bank. For quicker processing, email us at Contact page.
What information would I require?
You will be asked for your credit or debit card number, the expiration date, and the CVV number when you place your order. (A CVV number (“Card Verification Value”) is 3 digit number found on the signature strip on the back of Visa and MasterCard branded credit and debit cards.
What security checks are in place to make sure my purchase is valid?
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorisation by the credit card company. If the credit card company refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment, then we will not be able to accept your order.
When will I be charged?
Upon placing the order, we will obtain a Credit Card authorisation and request payment from the Credit Card. This will be take place within minutes of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, the process will commenced as soon as your order is received. Everything is automated, and as such, we are unable to cancel or change your order. You can, however, exchange your item if it was the wrong size or colour. See the “Returns” section for more information.
What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?
Simply contact email us at Contact page.
How do I know if my order was received?
After you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. When the item has been processed, we will send you a delivery confirmation email, including delivery details and tracking information.
Alternately, you can log into your account and check your Order History in the “Account” page (located at top right hand of any page).
How long can I keep my items in the cart?
Products are kept in your shopping cart for as long as the product is available. If the product is not available, the site will alert you at the cart page that the product is out of stock. Lastly, your order is only confirmed after payment is made.
Can I order over the phone?
I’m afraid we are unable to take orders over the phone. Sorry. 🙁
What is your shipping policy?
We have FREE shipping on every order above $60. For orders below $60, here are the rates.

How can I track my order?
Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Once you have your tracking number, go to www.singpost.com and enter your tracking number in the “Track Items” box (on the right hand side) to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow some time for the Singapore Post website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email.
How do I receive my order if I am not home?
Standard delivery will be delivered into your letterbox. So you do not need to be at home. Enjoy the outdoors (preferably in a linen shirt on a hot day)!
Express delivery (Singaproe customers only) will be delivered to your doorstep. If you are not at home to receive your items, another delivery time will be made to see when you’ll be at home. Upon the third attempt, the item will be sent via SingPost.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Is the Pope Catholic? All prices outside of Singapore are in US dollars. Shipping is $6 to anywhere in the world.
What are Promo Codes?
Promo Codes are codes that can be applied to your order to receive a discount. These range from free shipping to product discounts.
Where can I get a Promo Code?
The best way to find or receive a Promo Code is to subscribe to our Push Notifications (the blue bell hovering on the bottom right of the page). We will then periodically send you offers and promo codes.
How do I add a Promo Code?
When you place an order, you will see a box on the checkout page where you can enter your promo code. After you click “Apply Coupon”, the promo code will be applied and discount will appear immediately along with your order total. The promo code must be redeemed at the point of ordering process. If not, we are unable to apply the promo code after the order has been processed. Only one promo code can be used per purchase.

The Promo Code did not work.
Our system will always recognise valid promo codes. If the discount has not been reflected in your order total, it is likely that the code was incorrectly entered. Or no longer valid.
Can I return the item and get back my money?
I’m afraid not. MadBoysClub do not allow returns as we are a small family-run business with very thin profits. We seek your understanding as we do not have the bandwidth to absorb any abuse of returns.
So I’m stuck with the items forever? Even when it doesn’t fit me?
Ahh, but MadBoysClub do allow exchange of items for wrong size or colour.
So you do allow exchange of the item?
Erm, Groundhog Day? Yes, we do allow exchanges! Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition (new, unwashed and unaltered) with tags attached. Please returned them within 14 days of your order. To get it exchanged, email us at our Contact page.
What should I do to exchange the item?
Email at our Contact page with your Username or Invoice Number and we’ll instruct you what to do. And we will seek the correct size or colour required.
What if the product was defective, as if there was a manufacturing defect?
If that’s the case, we will replace it without question (similar to exchanging the item).
How do you keep my personal information secure?
It is very secure because we don’t even get to see your credit card details. We use an encrypted payment gateway called Stripe (sister company of PayPal). This is the same payment gateway used by Adidas, Grab, Target, Twitter and many others. When you shop on our website, we protect your payment details so that all your information is encrypted before it is sent over the internet.
How safe is shopping on madboys.club?
Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assure that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.
How do I create an account?
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Go to the “Account” on the top right, and fill up all the required fields. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk(*). That’s it!
How do I shop online?
You can shop and checkout as a guest, or create an account and register as a member. Creating an account allows your shopping experience to be as easy as possible. We can store multiple delivery addresses for you, and you can choose to receive our weekly email newsletters.
How can I be informed about new items or new stuff about MadBoysClub?

Oh dear, I forgot my password. Help!
Go to “Account” (located the top right hand) and click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click “Continue”. We will send you an email with a link where you can create your new password. Please ensure your email address is entered exactly as when you first registered it (as our system is very case sensitive).
How do I know my size?
Click on “Size Chart” on the product details page and see the measurements. Select the size that fits you the closest.
How can I speak to someone from MadBoysClub?
Apart from emailing us at the Contact page, you can also Facebook Messenger us and we’ll respond very quickly, if we’re awake (GMT+8).
But please go through the FAQ page as most of the common questions are in there. And if they aren’t, we’ll update the FAQ page with your questions.
How do I post a review?
We love reviews — both good and bad. But the good more, of course! Click on the “Reviews” button on the product details page. But make sure you are logged-in to your account. Your review will appear instantly but spam will be removed immediately.
I need to change my address or some other details. How do I do that ?
Log in to “Account” (on the top right) to change your personal details.
How do I stop receiving any news from MadBoysClub?
Why would you do that? :p If you really, really, really find us annoying, you can unfollow or unsubscribe the Push Notification, Facebook page and Instagram account as and when you wish. It’s a free world but we’ll still love you.
